I’ve been in shape all my life. I did many different sports from tennis to gymnastics. 100% is about the right mindset.

I recommend finding out the reason you want to be fit and healthy. Once you discover what your Why is, then the rest is easy. People usually fall off or give up on their fitness goal because they never considered what it meant to them and also for them to set a goal.How does fitness positively influence your life?
I actually never thought of getting fit "fitness" because I was always in sports, it never occurred to me to be fit or in good shape. I honestly didn't even know how hard it was to get fit after being out of shape for a while until recently. It definitely positively influenced my life for the better because now I get to show people how they have have their cake and eat it too (so to speak) without starving themselves.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000, I would use it toward my 45-day Revenge Body Challenge to bring about awareness to it so more people can get fit and set attainable health goals and educate them during the process. Helping my friend who had pain in her legs where she can now walk without any pain and help her fit into her shirts again, which once used to suffocate her arms is very rewarding. If I can help more people like that, I definitely would do it.
