I wasnt always the fit girl. I remember how hard it was to get started but that is one of the hardest parts. Look at your diet and make some changes to eat healthier and more nurtrious foods. Make small goals such as doing 30 mins physical activity daily or join a group fitness class with a friend. You need to keep going and make it a lifestyle change.Results will happen over time if your stay consistent. Find some exercise you enjoy doing and then you will find it much easier to keep doing it.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has changed my life for the better. I have gained a lot of knowledge and confidence since getting started. The gym is my happy place. It’s some time out of my day that I can just focus on me. It’s a place when I can become strong physically and mentally too. It’s a place where you can make things happen and change your body.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Since I am currently changing career from a teacher to PT then I would use that money to get started in the fitness industry.
