My very best recommendation to people who want to be fit and healthy is set a goal for yourself first! Whether it be you want to loose 15 pounds for summer, or compete in a bikin or bodybuilding show.. set that goal for yourself and work your way toward it! Also, baby steps!! Don’t overwhelm yourself with too much at once! If you ease into eating healthier or being more active.. the likelihood of you succeeding will be higher because you’re not overwhelmed mentally or physically!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness is the most positive influence I’ve ever had in my life! There is nothing like the feeling of loving yourself completely! Inside and out! Not only has fitness made me love my body, but it’s taught me mental strength, how to push myself and what I am truly, truly capable of!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Oh goodness! I would LOVE to use the money to start an online training and motivational community for people who need that push! A place they can go not only for personalized training programs from me but also a place they can meet their lifestyle goals too! This money would help not only with the actual site but also assist me with meeting people and connecting in person! I truly believe everyone is capable to reaching any goal they set!
