I recommend gradual lifestyle changes to people who want to be fit and healthy. I believe that anything is alright in moderation and consistency is key with nutrition and fitness. The message I want to share is don't give up, I wanted to break the scale on numerous occasions. Slow progress is better than no progress and there will be ups and downs, but if you keep trying you will reach your fitness and health goals.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has helped me increase my confidence in myself and my abilities, it decreases my stress and helps me feel happy and positive. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I hit a personal record for lifting weights or when I learn a new acro skill.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I was the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would open a youth fitness, acro, and yoga studio, as well as offer girls empowerment through physical activity programs.
