Everything is possible with a lot of dedication and sacrifice. You don't need to live in the gym to live a healthy lifestyle. However, you do need to eat right and make being fit and healthy a lifestyle and not a hobby. It takes 30 days to get in he habit of doing something consistently, 4 weeks for you to notice a change in your body, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks of consistency, it's worth it.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Being fit and leading a healthy lifestyle has brought so much joy to my life. The gym is the one place I can go and be myself, challenge myself, compete with myself. I always try to do better and lift more. I've also made great friendships along the way, it's always nice to have common interests with other people who have the same interests and push you to do better. I'm happier, I'm more productive in my day to day life and I feel amazing.
