What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Just start! There is never a “perfect time” to start. Life will always throw obstacles at you that may get in the way—you just have to develop persistence and dedication so that they do not get in the way of achieving your goals. You can always go about this at YOUR OWN PACE, do not compare your journey or progress to someone else’s. Have pride in yourself and be proud of your progress...no matter how small or how slow it may be! Consistency is key!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has positively influenced my life because it introduced me to the sport that I am truly passionate about—bodybuilding. I suffered with disordered eating (EDNOS) for 4.5 years and now I’m truly recovered and I believe the sport of bodybuilding and fitness in general has given me the self confidence I now radiate!
