Make sure that you are setting SMART goals for yourself, and including both short and long term goals. Reach out to others to help inspire and motivate you along the way. Fitness is my life and I wouldn't have it any other way. Fitness allows me to stay focused on my goals, set expectation for myself, and it keeps me on track. For me, fitness is like a daily planner. If I didn't have it in my life, I would be lost. I'm constantly trying to improve myself to be the best version of me that I can be, and fitness allows me to challenge myself each and every day.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would invest in my new business that I am super excited about!! The FitLife Bakery, where high protein treats like fudge, brownies, cookies, muffins, etc. can all be macro friendly and taste amazing too!!
