What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Diet is everything! It all starts with what you put into your body. It doesn’t matter what you look like on the outside if your aren’t healthy on the inside. So, use food for fuel and medicine to help you live a longer/fuller life. Cut the added sugar, cut the processed/packaged food, cut the fast food & junk food. Do your best to cook at home! That way, you know what’s going into your food and how it’s prepared. This will also save you a lot of money. Drink your wate

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has always been a way to escape for me: It started with running in high school. Fitness and a healthy diet have helped me to control my blood pressure and cholesterol (hereditary). It helps with my mood and allows me to be able to help others! I enjoy staying fit so that I can continue to do the things that I enjoy and move freely. Fitness, outside of Christ, definitely changed my life.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 for my fitness business: a building that’s fully equipped & more online training. $20,000 would mean that I wouldn’t need a small business loan and having my very own space would mean that I could help many more people and continue expanding my business/brand to be able to help others nationwide/worldwide.
