It saved me from my history of the cycle of fearing food and binging on food. It helped me overcome my anxiety and deep depression that I once battled with. Now, it helps keep me positive, goal-oriented, and focused on living out my life how I want to live, not how others expect me to! I would start by donating a portion to local schools that need more funds towards their athletics and extracurricular activities! I would also invest some into my personal business. I coach women all over the world about health, nutrition, and self-love. If I could put more money into my business, I could help more women in many more ways!
