I would emphasize to ENJOY whatever you do, and whatever method you choose to follow. I think the biggest thing people struggle with when getting into fitness is finding enjoyment in the process. The amazing thing about fitness is there are so many different ways to make it work in your life. If you like to weight lift, do it! If you like to run, do it! Whatever makes YOU happy, do THAT! Also, remembering it isn't just your workouts that helps you to stay in shape but your nutrition comes FIRST.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has done so many amazing things for me in my life. It has helped me to teach myself so many lessons that I am forever grateful for. The greatest lessons I've been able to learn are discipline, patience, and strength in several ways. I've learned how to push myself past what I ever thought capable inside the gym and carry that into other aspects in my life including my education, career, etc. I've learned to believe in myself even moreso, and I've learned patience in progress.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I want to create MORE health and fitness programs that incorporates BOTH nutrition and workouts and the importance of BOTH in one's day to day life. I would include video demonstrations to guide users to know what to do as far as their eating AND workouts. It is so beneficial to learn the science behind nutrition and fitness. This way, users are not just making changes, but they LEARN WHY. I also want to specifically help women with body image & self-love while changing their physical bodies
