1. Learn to listen to your body, how are you feeling? What does your body need? And learn how your body reacts. 2. Decide to get fit, and do it! But, do the workout and exercise you like to do. And do it regularly. It may be that you like jogging/stretching/bodybuilding/powerlifting etc. It does not matter, the main thing is to exercise regularly. 3. Very important, drink enough water. 4. Eat natural unprocessed food. Avoid too much added spices and sauces etc. 5. Sleep is important, min 6 hourHow does fitness positively influence your life?
When I am in good shape, I have more energy, I am confident and happy with my image in the mirror! Being fit helps me face the many challenges I face daily in my high pressure business environment.
