Find your why! WHY do you want to be fit? Define your version of it. Write down what Healthy means to you and WHY you want to be that way. There’s going to be a time where being in the gym, you are on fire and feeling great everyday BUT there is going to be days you cannot find the urge to go. Your tired. You worked all day. THESE R THE REASONS that will keep you going. Set monthly goals on top of long term goals. Lastly, never compare your journey to someone else. You are unique.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness influences my life in so many ways. Being in the gym is my place of sanity. When I’m happy, sad, mad, bubbly or whatever it is I can come there and be who I am. The gym helped me love myself so much more. From being severally over weight to starving myself, I have found a balance of truly accepting my body. Loving my thick thighs and my wide manly shoulders. I finally stopped wanting to be the girl standing next to me and loved the girl i am.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
WOWZ, First off I would give the glory to god for allowing me this opportunity and just being able to reach so many people and help positively influence their healthy lifestyle but money wise, I would donate at least 10% to my church. Donate to two family I know, whose kids are fighting traumatic injuries. Give a portion to St. Jude’s for childhood cancer. The rest I would save for school, where I hope to become a PE teacher and encourage kids to live a healthier life.
