If you want to get into the best shape of your life, you have to be realistic and realize that achieving your fitness goals will take time, dedication and hard work. My recommendations are these: 1) Set a long term and short term fitness goals 2) Get a Coach to hold you accountable so you can succeed 3) Get educated on Macros/Nutrition 4) Workout 3-5 days a week 5) Get at least 7+ hours of sleep per night for best recovery 6) Stay positive and believe that you can achieve your goalsHow does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness gives me confidence, which makes me feel good and drives me to inspire others to feel the same way. I love sharing my fitness knowledge and experience with others and changing peoples lives. Feeling good about yourself physically and mentally, often results in not only positively impacting your personal life, but also your work, and family life. It is very hard to say where all of it would go. I would probably start with paying off my debt- having debt over time gets daunting and paying it off would be very pleasing. Next, I would donate to a local charity that helps support foster kids. There are so many kids who are in need in Austin, that I cannot help but want to provide something to them to show that they are loved no matter what. Next, I would probably take a much needed vacation. Lastly, I would put the rest into savings.
