I would say to anyone looking to improve their fitness to get involved with a local gym & start to attend some classes as well as look at your eating habits & try to improve both over a period of time, everyone has different goals & levels ,set yourself some achievable goals & work towards them. When you start to see the results of a healthy lifestyle you will want to carry on and push yourself to get to where you want to be & have fun !!How does fitness positively influence your life?
I have always been a very active person and regularly go to the gym as I need to keep in shape as much as time allows due to my career as a Glamour Model, but over the past 6-8 months I have really decided to up my game and push to get my body up to another level, this has included a PT to work on certain areas of my body that I have always wanted to improve on. I have really noticed a big change in my shape and fitness levels & this only makes me more determined to push myself further.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I am not thinking that far down the line but I would probably spend it on a luxury holiday to Australia as this is somewhere I have always wanted to visit...
