What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

From my own personal journey I would recommend: - WEIGHT TRAINING! - Have someone to be accountable too! (Like a personal trainer) - Make a lifestyle change - it is not a quick fix! - Flexible dieting - make good food choices that are sustainable - it can be unrealistic to survive on strict meal plans without falling off the wagon!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Before I discovered fitness, I was clinically obese weighing at 132kgs and was eating my way to an early grave. I met a personal trainer who saved my life - he introduced me to weight training, flexible dieting. With his inspiration, my determination and my new found love for weight training, I've lost over 65kgs. I fell in love with fitness so much that I studied to be a Personal Trainer and am now working hard to compete in a transformation bodybuilding competition.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I have such a passion for inspiring others that big goals are achievable with the right mindset that I would love to use the money to continue to grow my Personal Training business. I want to help and motivate a wider demographic of people and potentially influence, improve and save lives of people who are daunted by big health/weight loss goals! Weight training and fitness saved my life - I want to influence others to discover this as well!
