First, be consistent and patient. You must FIND the time to workout. It takes our bodies a little time to respond to the changes we make, that’s where patience comes in. Nothing happens overnight so the next important step is make a schedule and stick to it, no matter what with zero negotiations. Also, believe you can do it, having a positive outlook is essential and results will only come when you expect it to happen and stay steady.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Being active has made me realize all I can do, it’s helped breakdown limitations I put on myself personally and professionally. I had 5 surgeries in the matter of 15 months (1 on my back, 4 on my feet). There is no way I could have made it through the heartbreak, the setbacks, the bad days and the unknown future without knowing how strong I could be which came from challenging myself physically through fitness.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
To be honest, I don’t know yet. It’s A LOT of money which means I could help a lot of people. But...I’m super excited about the 2 page photo shoot!!!❤️❤️❤️ New experiences!!
