What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Small changes. I never recommend changing more than one factor at a time. Diving in head first becomes overwhelming and if we aren’t tracking one factor at a time- we’ll never know what is actually causing positive changes. Throw away the junk food at your house. Dedicate a small amount of time daily to reset and refresh physically. Get your sleep. Drink your water. Step by step, change will happen.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness changed my life. I hate saying that because it sounds so dramatic, but it’s true. Plus, I’m just really dramatic. It’s gotten me through some really rough times and it changed how I looked at myself and how I feel about who I am. Making it my career was never something I planned on but I love every aspect of my job(s) and my clients are my world. Helping myself was great, but helping people find their happiness and confidence is the greatest feeling in the world.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Wow. A magazine and $20,000... a girl can dream. I would expand my brand, expand my education, expand my coaching platform, create more opportunities for my clients and followers, and bring my coaching, my content, and my business to another level.
