I want to tell everyone that being fit is not short term goal. It's something you have to dedicated yourself to by working out, eating clean and just making it lifestyle. Thats right, its a lifestyle. One of the very reasons why 95% of people cannot lose weight and keep it off is because they do not commit to a lifestyle, they just diet. The problem with this common, yet non-effective approach, is that many may have some success initially, but when the diet is over, the weight comes back.How does fitness positively influence your life?
I grew up in Bosnia. I was not into sports growing up. Due to war in my country I moved to USA. One day I watched Oprah, and she suggested that everyone should do body scan. I did it and found out that I had osteoporosis at age of 27. Doctor told me in orther to fight it I have to start lifting weights. Whitin one year I gained 10lb of muscle. That's when I decided to change my dental career to fitness and help others build their bodies, their immune system and achieve perfect health.
