I would recommend finding a type of physical activity that YOU enjoy. Not everyone will love the same exercise/sport. If you find something you really enjoy, you’re going to stick with it! Also, surround yourself with like minded, positive people! It’s a game changer when you have a support system.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has changed my life. I began running during college and haven’t stopped since. Running helped me through some very emotional/mental hard times. I recently started lifting and competing and the friendships I have gained is unreal. Knowing I am an example for upcoming generations is what keeps me going!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would use the money to help pay to complete my graduate degree, to fund my trips to nationals next year and to run the New York City Marathon. I also would buy new books for my lovely students and balls/jump ropes etc. for them to enjoy at recess.
