Fitness has positively influenced my life in many ways it has opened so many paths to trying lots of different sports which in turn has lead on to build many new freidndhips and memories. It had made me not only physically strong but more importantly mentally which has helped me in my everyday life.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I won the $20,000 I would love to set up a new app and website for my online coaching. I have a large online coaching business and I would love to develop it more and have recipes, workout videos and exercises with explanations of techniques etc.
