Consistency is key! The changes you want aren’t going to happen overnight but they WILL happen, if you provide the right conditions for it. Don’t over-complicate things, simply make healthy food choices and a conscious effort to move more. Life is about balance, you don’t have to change your whole world to become healthier, but you do need a “Why” to start. The most important thing to remember is to ENJOY the process. Nine months ago I was lay in a hospital bed... Now I stand before you in the shape of my life! It’s been a challenging road to recovery, both physically and mentally, but in the midst of suffering and hardship strength of character is formed. Everybody has a starting point and you build strength and momentum from there. Focus on small steps that are constantly moving forward. If I’ve learnt anything, it’s to be positive, patient and persistent... Fate loves the fearless!
