I did ballet for 17 years, since the age of 3. So I was always 'healthy' but to someone else's standards of what was acceptable. Since I've started my own fitness journey I've realized what is important to me. It has helped me to be more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I've learnt to love my body for all its strengths and flaws and hope to inspire others recognize they're potential and help them to love their bodies throughout their fitness journeyIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would put it towards starting my own fitness & wellness movement, to inspire young individuals to embrace a healthy lifestyle . I want to show them the beauty in being healthy and how it impacts every avenue of their life. To be able to teach them life skills which this lifestyle has taught me and to show them that regardless of where they are in their own journey that they should love themselves for all their strengths and to see how much potential and influence they truly have.
