Find your 'WHY' (what do you want to achieve and why), set short and long term goals to achieve that. If you don't have SPECIFIC goals beyond build muscle and burn fat, or know how to get there most people lose motivation because they don't succeed. If its not fun for you, you wont stick with it; so find things YOU enjoy. Don't DIET....eat healthy, follow a nutrition plan for YOUR schedule and needs, there isnt a one size fits all.Find a someone to hold you accountable or who shares your goals.How does fitness positively influence your life?
I have suffered with really bad anxiety my whole life, any form of exercise, wether it be morning cardio at home, or a weights/HIIT workout, just makes me feel incredible. It gives me a sense of freedom and empowerment when I accomplish things physically, and makes me feel like I can take on the world. It helps me overcome motivation lulls and self doubt by giving me something to focus on, especially when going through life changing events. It also was my stepping stone from the UK to the US :-)If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Invest it into my own business; allowing me to start my own fitness facility. Allowing me to help hundreds of people on a weekly basis get started and motivated on whatever their own health and fitness goals may be.
