First things first. Eating right. Eating the right foods and drinking plenty of water. Another thing is putting in place a goal. What ever your end result maybe, big or small. You need to have goals inbetween. That way the end goal doesn’t look so out of reach. That way you can stay on track and won’t fall back into your old habits. This has worked for me emotionally and physically.How does fitness positively influence your life?
I LOVE everything about the fitness industry. It has positively influenced my life in so many ways. I have always been active but 3 years ago was when everything went down hill for me. My brother passed away. I gained a lot of weight. I was at my heaviest. Feeling unhealthy and depressed. I joined a gym and made myself do a 12 week challeng. Losing 10kgs. Then I inquired about competing. Losing another 10kgs. Placing in both my categories. I have never looked back. Absolutely LOVE IT!!!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would love to experience competing overseas.
