To be fit and healthy, I would recommend taking things one day at a time. There are so many factors that go into living a healthy lifestyle and many people fail only because they try to do it all at once and have little patience. Introducing small things into your daily life will create habits and lead to sustainable results. Fitness has changed my life for the better. The gym provides me a place where nothing else matters in the world-- I get to focus on myself for an hour per day. Fitness is one of the few things in life that you solely control. It is a constant and keeps me grounded and moving forward to get better every day!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would use $20,000 to expand my online business and fund my clients that can't necessarily afford things like gym clothes, coaching, or even a gym membership. I would use every penny to change as many people's lives as possible through holding local events and boot camps to create a stronger community around fitness and get people out and moving!
