Fitness positively influences my life by giving me structure. I never know what the day will bring since my days are spent chasing around my 10 month old baby girl! Fitness provides me with a consistent commitment. Sets, reps, load, effort, and progress are all in my control even when the rest of my life isn’t! Fitness has taught me what it means to be disciplined, determined, and dedicated. As long as I have my “3Ds” in order, then I know I’m on the right path.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I was the next Ms. Health and Fitness, I would use the money to help pour back into those around me. I would attend fitness training clinics, camps, and conventions in order to deepen my understanding of nutrition and exercise then use it to help more people! And as a former elementary school teacher, I would donate money in order to provide more PE equipment to keep our kiddos physically active.
