First, create your ending goal, the big one you want to achieve. Then write out your plan to achieve that goal. Each portion of your plan are smaller goals you need to achieve first. Focus on completing the small goals and you will succeed and gain your main goal every time.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has created a self-confidence in me I didn’t have before I began. It makes you humble, become aware of your strengths and weaknesses (physically and mentally) and shows you how your body can transform with proper diet and exercise. By sharing my own fitness journey I aim to inspire and be relatable to others who are just beginning their journeys as well.
