It’s all about getting up and moving start off slow and ease into it. Try going to the gym 3 times a week. But the main thing to focus on is diet and I know everyone says that but it’s very true. Don’t give up when times get tough life happens let the gym be your escape.How does fitness positively influence your life?
It’s all I think about and do. I workout almost everyday it’s how I deal with things and how I think about all my problems it’s a big stress reliever for me. Plus I love to always try new workouts and I get excited to try a completely new workout. I just want to share my excitement with anyone who wants to get into fitness.
