It gives my life so much purpose and meaning! I had a very unhealthy lifestyle before and I was never happy with how I looked. I have to learnt to love my body now at all stages whether on or off season. I'm stronger physically and also mentally and it has taught me discipline, intrinsic motivation, and shown me I can achieve whatever I set my mind to. There are no negatives!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Apart from fitness, travelling and family are very meaningful to me so I would take my Mum on holiday to Europe as she has never been before but always wanted to, and I would take my partner to my home country NZ to meet my family and travel the country. And I would adopt more rescue animals :)
