What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Being fit and healthy is not as hard as some people make it out to be. It’s all about finding activities that are fun for YOU and learning how to create a routine that’s not only sustainable, but also works with your lifestyle. If you can find just 20-30 minutes a day to get some sort of physical activity in, you’re on the right path to success!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Once I became involved with heath and Fitness, my life completely changed for the better. It keeps me energized, sets the tone for my day, I feel strong, and I also feel the most confident I’ve ever felt in my life! I now look and feel the best I ever have, and being able to help other people achieve that feeling and to share with them the struggle I went through to get to where I am today is what drives me to keep pushing to be the best I can be and show people that anything is possible.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was the next Ms Health and Fitness I would put the $20,000 towards continuing education programs to expand my knowledge and help give my fitness career that extra push. I’d also put money towards my online business to help it grow, bring more to the table, and exceed the needs of all my current clients as well as help others who need my guidance in heath and fitness.
