Find what tools will allow you to create a healthier lifestyle for life. No quick fixes or fads. You want to keep the results you achieve. Streaming workout programs from home, learning how to properly fuel my body, having an accountability coach & belonging to a positive community can help those that struggle, develop the habits they need to create a healthier lifestyle from the inside-out. How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has helped me become more patient, less stressed, happier, more confident, stronger mentally and physically. It has been a great tool to help with anxiety and depression symptoms. I have found I can do hard things physically and mentally because of the challenges fitness has provided. My fitness journey has taught me not only to be more patient with my body but to appreciate the skin I am in and celebrate what this body can achieve with hard work.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If we didn't have college loan debt I would much rather use that money to support a cause that's is near & dear to my heart that could truly impact some lives in a positive helpful way.
