First of all, find an activity that you truly have a passion for. Whether it's cycling, zumba, yoga or walking, do it with all your heart. Find others that share your passion to help keep you motivated and moving. Motion is lotion! Secondly, be mindful of what you put into your body. What we consume plays a great part in building muscle and/or losing weight. Try an app like myfitnesspal to log your food and journal on your emotions/thoughts. I have struggled with physical (and emotional) aches and pains after being diagnosed at an early age with arthritis. Fitness has been a necessity for me. What I have learned about myself and disease, I want to continue to share with others. The positive feedback I get from others motivates me to keep moving forward, to continue to learn, and to help others.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I have specific plans on how to use the $20,000. It will be invested into Health and Fitness of course, and creating a business that will be inclusive to everyone! The money will be spent to help build a community (locally and virtually) where the knowledge of nutrition, fitness, yoga and meditation will be shared.
