Fitness is a lifestyle. I love pushing myself and learning about my body. As a competitor I push myself to the max but I also practice what I believe in and enjoy my improvement seasons as well. Understanding this journey is my own and every day I get better and better. It’s changed my entire perspective on what it truly means to become your best self.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would use it to generate more content, give out more information, and conduct more research. I enjoy helping people change their quality of life and their frame of mind. As a graduate student at USF the money would absolutely benefit the research we are doing in exercise science and I would be able to give more to both my clients and the many people Out there looking for REAL information that’s sustainable in their own lives.
