I would advise you to ditch all of your preconceived notions about what is needed to be fit and healthy and go back to the basics, balance. Eat whole nutrient dense foods majority of the time to fuel your body & keep it happy and move your body enough to keep its energy levels high & muscles challenged. I believe a simpler way of staying fit & healthy is the key!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness positively influences my life in so many ways it is hard to narrow it down. Not only does it keep my body strong and functional, it allows me to partake in some of my favorite activities year-round (injury free) and help others live their best lifestyles as well - which is the greatest positive influence on my life because I live to serve and spread strength & smiles. (as cheesy as that sounds, it's true!)If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were the nest Ms Health and Fitness, I would use some of the prize to take my family on a trip together because my parents have done SO much for me my entire life, and with my sister living in Texas and me in Oregon, I know it would be extremely valuable to my family. I would also delegate some of the money for a few local Portland causes because I love my Portland community. And, if we're being honest, I would also free myself of student debt from building my fitness & nutrition busine
