What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Start a calendar and prioritize, schedule your time. There’s 24HRS in a day. Everyone should be ultizing every hour. If its important to you THERES always time. Do something small everyday even it’s 20mins a day of cardio. Schedule your meal prep on your days off. “Doesn’t matter how slow you go keep going “

How does fitness positively influence your life?

My fitness journey started back in 2013, I was 27yrs young. Fitness has transformed my MIND first before it started to change me physically. Once I changed my thoughts on food and excerise, everything started to fall into place. I became more dedicated, passionate, disciplined, organized and consistent in other areas in life. I also became more confident, I started doing more things out my comfort zone. I have truly grown as a woman because of my fitness journey

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I’ll be honest .... pay off some debt first. Secondly I would invest some money into education, I’d love to enter a nutrition course. That’s the biggest part I love about fitness is NUTRITION and how certain foods impact our bodies. I would love to pay it forward and educate other flight attendants and people who have out of the normal 9-5 jobs that beating fit can be made simple and easy most importantly fun. It’s all about balance!
