I would say there are 3 main steps to focus on here. #1 -A positive mindset is key! This means believing in yourself and knowing you deserve this. #2 -It all starts in the kitchen and your daily habits. Remember discipline is a form of self- love and respect. #3 -Don’t copy the trends. Find an exercise or sport that YOU enjoy. If you truly enjoy it, it becomes routine and you will want to push yourself further and most importantly stick to it. Focusing on my health and fitness first has made such a monumental impact on my life. Everything else seems to stem from this (a positive mindset, better confidence, more productivity, better able to care for others). I’ve accomplished more in the past 10 years then I could’ve ever imagined pre-fitness days. It’s pushed me to believe in myself more and be daring towards all my goals.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I have always wanted to use my own experiences and obstacles as an example to inspire others to achieve their goals. I’ve been deployed to many war zones while competing in fitness. I’d like to start an online coaching business to help others stay fit while travelling or deployed. I’d also like to use my coaching, and online presence to raise money and awareness for SCN8A epilepsy, the children’s hospital and make a wish foundation. I would put this money towards this. ❤️
