I would also say that it is very important to realize that you are creating a lifestyle change. Don't push yourself to the point where you will burn out. Oh my gosh, fitness has literally shaped my life! That might sound kind of cheesy but through my fitness journey, I have found exactly who I am. I was always somewhat timid and lacked confidence, but after I started to see positive results within myself I became proud of myself. This resulted in me investing more time into my health and personal development. One of my biggest goals on a daily basis is to help other women overcome their challenges and realize what they are truly capable of.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Over the past two years, I have invested in a business coach who has helped me take my personal training business online. I have been working on setting up a movement (#strongbodystrongminds) with one of my good friends who is also in the industry. Our main goal is to show women that we are capable of doing anything we set our minds to. The $20,000 would be a HUGE help when it comes to planning in-person events and traveling to help make our movement a reality.
