What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Find a routine that works for you and keeps you motivated. And determine your WHY! I recommend to find a type of workout that you enjoy. Whether its a group fitness class, spinning, HITT training, bootcamps or personal training. If its fun for you, if you enjoy it, and you are seeing results, chances are, you will stick to it and stay motivated! And when it comes to eating healthy, listen to your body and what foods agree with you. Keep it simple and everything in moderation.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has helped me in so many ways mentally and physically. The second I decided to be fit, healthy and happy everything changed. Not only by the way I looked, but also felt. Living a healthy lifestyle has not only helped me feel good about myself, but it has also put me in a position to encourage and motivate others to do the same. I truly love what I do! I am passionate about fitness and helping other women reach their fit and healthy goals with faith!
