I’m able to make a difference by helping other women get stronger, healthier,and accomplish their goals! I want to be a positive role model for my daughters and stress the importance for them to take care of their bodies. I have so much more energy! I look younger and feel better now In my 40s than I did my 20s. That’s all attributed to my health and fitness routines.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
