What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Something I’d recommend is doing what works best for that set individual. Do your research, find what works with your lifestyle, seek knowledgeable advice and help from those with experience in the fitness community/industry, and don’t fall for “fads/quick fixes.” If you truly desire a fit & healthy lifestyle, put in the work with consistency and keep challenging yourself! Sure enough little by little that individual will make manageable and healthy progress!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has completely changed my life. It has connected me to create many networks with those who have similar interests and I’ve also made the best of friends. It has improved my overall physical and mental health, well-being, and confidence. As a person who suffers with Anxiety disorder, Fitness has been a form of therapy for me during times I’ve dealt with Anxiety attacks. It has challenged and pushed me in several areas of my life and brought out the absolute best in me.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

It has always been a dream of mine to become an influential part of the Fitness Industry. I can relate to females young-old who experience difficulties with Anxiety. I’d like to use some money to make a name for myself in this light & give back to such causes. Also I’d invest money into Fitness related opportunities, continue my NPC Bikini Competition journey and use some money to keep that part of my life existent and thriving! Lastly to help pay student loans from gradschool!
