What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Every day is a choice. Life is difficult & we all stumble, we all fall down & it’s okay to fall but it’s never okay to stay down. Be prepared for YOUR individual health & wellness journey, no one can do it for you. Everyone's journey is unique to them, remember, comparison is the thief of all joy. Get up and fight for your dreams, wake up & do one more thing to be better than you were the day before. Fight for your family, they deserve the best , not whats left.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

A non hereditary birth defect (PFFD) took my right leg at a very young age, resulting in an amputation. I quickly developed a passion for helping others. I found myself frustrated by the lack of fitness opportunities for amputees & began researching what worked best for my body & was able to help countless others turn that frustration into strength both physically and emotionally. Fitness became my avenue to make things happen instead of waiting for them to happen.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would invest $5,000 to to help reach a bigger audience globally, offering affordable wellness & fitness programs to encourage & promote life transformations for others. - Pay off $4k of financial debt. - Pay $1k for my next flight & Mission Trip to Haiti. - Pay $3k towards my personal health ( its been a trying year) - Pay $3500 towards the adoption process. - Use the remaining $3500 to take my family on a much needed vacation.
