What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Fitness is 100% mental. Your body won’t go where your mind doesn’t push it. Believe you can do it. Set some goals and don’t give up tell you achieve them. Be consistent in eating healthy and working out. The results will come.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It has made a huge impact on my life. It has opened doors I never imagine we’re possible. I started working out to just loose a little after haveing 3 children. Ended up losing a lot and and decided to compete in a bikini competition for fun and won my pro card and in that moment I realized this was the path god was sending me on. That health and fitness was my path and I could help inspire women and mothers. That making time for yourself and your health is so important.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Since starting this fitness journey I have so many dreams and goals. I would love to start with schooling to be a personal trainer and have my own business helpeing women and mother’s achieve their goals. I’d love to be able to start a program for healthy kids to keep active and healthy during the summer. I’d love to start a fitness program for military wife’s. The possibility’s feel endless and this would help in achieving those dreams.
