It has made a huge impact on my life. It has opened doors I never imagine we’re possible. I started working out to just loose a little after haveing 3 children. Ended up losing a lot and and decided to compete in a bikini competition for fun and won my pro card and in that moment I realized this was the path god was sending me on. That health and fitness was my path and I could help inspire women and mothers.That making time for yourself and your health is so important.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Since starting this fitness journey I have so many dreams and goals. I would love to start with schooling to be a personal trainer and have my own business helpeing women and mother’s achieve their goals. I’d love to be able to start a program for healthy kids to keep active and healthy during the summer. I’d love to start a fitness program for military wife’s. The possibility’s feel endless and this would help in achieving those dreams.
