First, find a hobby/method of exercise you enjoy doing just for fun to help create a routine and to ease yourself into a lifestyle that will last. Then set some goals for yourself as to what you want to achieve in your own journey and create a plan as to how you will work towards those goals. Keep balance in your whole life; give time and attention to your mental well-being while working on your physical. Mental and physical health can have a beautiful reciprocal relationship when in balance.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness positively influences my life by feeding into multiple realms of joy in my life. It has allowed me to build my own career helping others "live well," while having to move every year for the last three years for my husband's military career. It has given me more confidence and pride in my own body by building it to be both strong lifting weights, but also graceful and flexible through yoga. My physical fit-ness also allows me to do what I love most adventuring through the greatIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were to be the next Ms. Health and Fitness, I would use the $20,000 to help my husband and I progress our dream of adoption, either internationally or within the U.S, even closer towards becoming a reality. It has been on my heart to adopt since I was a young girl, and now my husband shares the dream with me. We are eager to provide a loving home for a child(ren), but unfortunately adoption is not cheap, so winning this contest would be a huge blessing to help us make this dream a reality.
