What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would recommend first of all finding the reason or goal of why you want to start, When you are wanting to give up or feeling doubtful, it’s good to have a reminder on why you are doing this in the first place. Remember why you are going into this journey and remember to do this for yourself. This is something that you have to do for yourself and no one else.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has completely changed the way I see myself, and not just physically but mentally as well. The dreams I have achieved during my bodybuilding journey I have completed today were things I never thought would come true. I always dreamed of going on stage in a bikini one day but never thought I would be confident enough. My first competition I brought home first place in the open category. Fitness made me believe I can succeed in anything I put my heart into, nothing is impossible.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

No doubt, I would use it to help me get to my goal of Ms. Olympia by not only helping me financially, but I would have it help me reach out to people who are trying to get into fitness! I started my fitness Instagram to help others who are wanting to get into bodybuilding and help them find the love for it that I have.
