What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Find your own way to be healthy. Everybody don’t have to go to the gym, find a sport that motivates YOU. Make small changes at the same time. Cut sugar and junk food from your diet first, that will push you to the right direction.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Without fitness life would be really boring. Fitness keeps me motivated to go to the gym everyday and eat healthy. I need extreme goals to keep my self motivated. Fitness makes me feel physically and mentally really good.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I compete in IFBB Bikini Fitness, so I would use the money to compete more around the world. I want to compete in new places and see different fitness cultures. Competing in Australia is one of my goals. My dream is to become IFBB Bikini Fitness Pro. I also would use the money to kickstart my own company in health and fitness industry.
