Focus on improving your relationship with food and exercise. Find an activity you like and fall in love with it. You don't need to spend 3 hours a day in the gym to be healthy. Whether its yoga, biking, running, swimming, soccer, whatever; just get up and get moving. Same goes for food. Find nutrient rich foods your body loves. If you're idea of a "healthy diet" is a salad and 3 protein smoothies a day, you're doing it wrong. Your ultimate goal should be happy AND healthy.
