What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

In terms of being healthy and feeling confident/fit I would strongly recommend a lifestyle that includes just the right amount of exercise and health (with the exception of indulging here and there) that suits your daily routine, given that consistency is key when it comes to getting and most importantly, staying in shape (: Find something you love to do that is active and can always be a form of therapy for the stresses of daily life.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has always been an outlet for me whenever I am stressed, or simply want to start off my day positively and full of energy. Fitness and health is a lifestyle not easily acquired but easily sustained once you have gotten in the groove of your passions in that department. I know that no matter how I am feeling before the workout, I will almost always feel exponentially better afterwards.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were privileged enough to be named the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would save the reward money and come up with a business plan to start my own health and wellness company in order to inspire women of all shapes, sizes, and mentalities that fitness and health can be achieved with just a change of mindset and motivation!
