I would recommend more physical activity. Fast walks or running in the neighborhood, forest or in the park. Find something you like, there are plenty of things to try out, only YOU can stop you! So, get out there, have fun. Or just clean down the house:) And, eat smaller meals, healthy ones. I don't mean you cannot enjoy food, because your meals should both taste good AND help you loose weight or keep your weight. The answer for me, is small meals, eat often. I am not the typical weight-lifting fitness girl. I just love being active, and I love being able to carry my own weight, as it might come in handy:) I walk fast everyday, and also I run, but most of all, I poledance, teach and compete. Fitness for me is the main reason I am happy in my everyday life, other than family and friends of course. Pole makes me happy, it allows me to dance, or just do trick, it challenges me, my strength and flexibility. It just keeps me overall exited and happy.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would certainly travel to Ukraine and/or Russia, to learn more from some very good pole-athletes, and I would also buy new poles and two more crashmats for my studio. I guess I probably should say I'd give everything to my children and grandchildren:-/ Whoops... They would also be given a bit of the price too, of course;)
