What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I am a firm believer that health and fitness begins in the mind. If you are mentally ready, you’ll will have success. Start small and set goals for yourself each day or week to do a little more than you did the day before. Ask for help. There is always someone willing to lend a hand in the fitness community and finally, don’t quit. Setbacks happen but you just have to learn NOT ago give up because of a small set back. Pick up where you left off. Results will come with consistency.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has been a very positive influence in my life as I battled with obesity for most of my teens and into my 20’s. It took me a long time to learn to love myself and find my confidence after being picked on for so many years. Losing weight and changing my lifestyle changed me in so many ways both physically and mentally forever. As a result, I am very passionate about my career in helping thousands of other men and women reinvent themselves.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Without a doubt, if I was lucky enough to be chosen as Ms Health and Fitnes, I would use the 20,000 $ to make my client experience even better by adding more equipment to my fitness studio.
