My biggest recommendation would be to keep it SIMPLE! The industry is swarmed with so many complicated and usually unhealthy fad diets that actually usually do more harm than good. My best advice is to take it slow and keep it simple. Slowly make changes, do not try to drastically change so much at once. Taking it day by day will help it become more of a lifestyle change than a quick fix! Never compare yourself to anyone else and only strive to be the best version of yourself!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has completely changed my life for the better. I truly look forward to going to the gym every single day, I enjoy my healthy meals, and most importantly, I LOVE helping others find the same happiness through fitness that I have! This lifestyle has kept me on a healthy/good path in life and I'm truly thankful for it. I owe my constant smiling and happiness to fitness and the wonderful people it has brought into my life. I would use the $20,000 to invest into my training business to help even more individuals reach their goals and find their happiness! Whether it be investing in travel to meet non-local clients/followers, setting up group meet-ups, or even a opening a gym! Whatever I feel would benefit my clients and those seeking fitness guidance most! I feel it would be a great way to give back to this amazing opportunity, the fitness industry, and the amazing support system I am so blessed to have!
